   By using our services, including our website and in-studio classes, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, kindly refrain from participating in our services.

2. ⁠Updates to Terms

   Reshape Pilates may update these terms periodically. Charges will be posted here, and your continued use of our services after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of he updated terms. Any major changes will be communicated directly to subscribed users.

3. ⁠Who May Use Our Services

   Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and olde. By participating, you confirm that you are 18 or over.

4. ⁠Health & Safety

   By attending any class, you confirm that you are in good health and fit to participate. If you have any health concerns, please consult your GP or any other medical professional. Reshape Pilates is not liable for injuries or health issues resulting from class participation.

5. ⁠Class Bookings and Cancellations

   
   
   • Booking and payment: Classes must be booked advance via our website (with payment made the time of booking) or in-person.
   • Cancellation: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before the class to avoid charges. Late cancellation may incur fees, and no-shows will still be charged at full class rate of GBP 50.

6. ⁠Intellectual Property

   All contention our website, including logos, text, graphics and videos, belongs to Reshape Pilates or its licensor. Reproduction, distribution, or use of this content without permission is prohibited.

7. ⁠Code of Conduct

   Please respect our instructors, staff, and other clients. Disruptive behaviour or harassment may result in removal from the class and possible restresction from future rectification

8. ⁠Limitation of Liability

   Reshape Pilates is not responsible for any injuries, health conditions, or property loss resulting from participation in our classes use of our facilities, except as required by law.
